JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143,353,379,506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 33,41,42 of the Forest Act.

Referring to the First Information Report, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apparently no recovery of any forest produce was made from the petitioner's possession. He has submitted that as a matter of fact no offence is made out on the basis of allegation as contained in the First Information Report. In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above
