The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in D.El.Ed examination at Classic Public School, Kotwali Chowk, Madhubani, in place of petitioner one Prakash Kumar Mandal, son of Yogendra Prasad, was found sitting.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
