The petitioners are languishing in custody since 19.10.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 395 and 412 were also added.

Accusation is of committing theft of wood logs by unloading from a truck.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the name of the petitioners have sprung up in the statement of the co-accused who has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 38998 of 2013 vide annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.212 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 79 of 2013. .
