2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of an appropriate writ writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing the order dated 5.1.2015 passed by deputy collector land Reforms in mutation appeal no.13/2014 which includes the order passed by circle officer, Jehanabad in Mutation case no. 772/13-14 by which order the deputy collector of land Reforms Jehanabad has been pleased to dismiss the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by circle officer Jehanabad in

Patna High Court CWJC No.6346 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 Mulation case no 772/2013-14 dated 27.5.13.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order passed by the DCLR, Jehanabad in Mutation Appeal no. 13 of 2014, he shall be preferring an appropriate petition before an appropriate authority but there has been delay.

4. In the aforesaid background, as the forum is available to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/forum.

5. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the concerned authority shall take up the limitation petition and keep in mind that for ten years, the writ petition was pending before this Court while disposing of the limitation petition.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
