Having regard to the fact that the State Appellate Authority is now functional, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Appellate Authority.
In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.1167 of 2013 (3) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal in accordance with law on its own merit after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
Until further order is passed by the State Appellate Authority, status quo granted by this Court vide order dated 22.02.2013 shall continue.
