The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of committing theft of Rs.3,57,000/- from the bag of the informant. The petitioner was caught while fleeing away with the money.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the period under custody, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51770 of 2014 (02) dt.06-01-2015 2/2 above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014.
