20-08-2018 Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned counsel representing the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 pointed out that so far as CWJC No. 3218/2015 and CWJC No. 3152/2015 are concerned, the learned writ court had dismissed both the writ applications, therefore, the contempt application alleging willful violation of the order dated 04.05.2015 in those two writ applications is wholly misconceived.
