The petitioners have filed this petition for modification of order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46876/2016 and for extension of period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46876/2016, but the petitioners could not surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, as the petitioners met with an accident and both the petitioners got fracture injuries.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the modification

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35118 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 petition is allowed and the period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for three weeks from today. This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 13.12.2016.
