2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Pripainti P.S. Case No. 543 of 2024, S.T. No. 300 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(i) and 238 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution is that a dead body was found near village Harinkol under Pirpainti P.S.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. During the course of investigation, the name of this petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of one Juli Devi. He also submits that save and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against this petitioner to

It has also been submitted that one of the co-accused namely, Rajesh Paswan having similar nature of the allegation, whose name has also surfaced in the statement of Juli Devi, has been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 59449 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 13.12.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-XIV, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S.
