The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016 for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report but subsequently, on the basis of the confessional statement given before the police by one of the co-accused persons, the petitioner is facing prosecution. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58980 of 2018(4) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.
