JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that liberty may be granted to the individual members of the Employees' Sangh to approach the Court for redressal of their grievances. On going through order dated 5.4.2013 (Annexure 1) against which review has been filed, this Court would observe
Patna High Court C. REV. No.302 of 2013 (6) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 that such opportunity has already been granted, as such no further order need be passed. Otherwise also, submission made by learned counsel for the review petitioner does not make out any ground for review of the order dated 5.4.2013. Review application is thus dismissed.
