The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with M.H. Nagar P.S. Case No.54 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 376, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the POCSO Act.

Petitioner is the father of the main accused Mohan Ram.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
