In the present case, the petitioners are claiming that their cases are squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 11.08.2015 passed in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 (The State of Bihar and Anr. Vs. Sheo Bhajan Prasad Diwakar & Ors.). In such view of the matter, let the respondent authority examine the case of the present petitioners vis-a-vis the case of the respondents of L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 (The

Patna High Court CWJC No.81 of 2012(3) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 State of Bihar and Anr. Vs. Sheo Bhajan Prasad Diwakar & Ors.) and if it is found that the facts, prayer and law of cases are identical, in such circumstances, the present petitioners will be given the same benefit as has been given to those persons within a period of four months.
