College, Darbhanga, a forth phase constituent college under L.N. Mithila University.
In the show-cause, it has been pointed out that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has appointed Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. B. Sinha as a one-man Commission to enquire into the issues related to payment of salary to the members of the teaching faculty of the forth
Patna High Court MJC No.318 of 2013 dt.28-02-2017 2/2 phase constituent college.
Since the matter is pending before the one-man Commission constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no further directions are called for in the present contempt application. Thus, the contempt application stands disposed of.
