Petitioner is in custody in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019 for the offence under sections 414, 356, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is allegation against this petitioner is of snatching of mobile of the informant and also keeping 1.2. litter of illicit wine in his motorcycle.

Learned counsel submits that from perusal of seizure list it would be evident that there was no seizure of snatching of mobile.

The petitioner is in custody 20.5.2019.

No.44334 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that seizure list does not indicate any recovery of snatched mobile and the petitioner is in custody since 20.5.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019.
