2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the victim had gone to Tarapith. During investigation, it has come that the victim had consumed liquor and, thereafter, fell ill and died. The dead body of the deceased was thereafter thrown away. The petitioner is a driver of the vehicle, he is alleged to have participated in the disposal of the dead body.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025.
