The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner placing reliance on Annexure-9 the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6936 of 2009 submits that the present writ application is covered by the said decision.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent District Education Officer, East Champaran to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the judgment in C.W.J.C. No. 6936 of 2009

Patna High Court CWJC No.4816 of 2013(3) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 (Annexure-9) dated 6.8.2010 and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid decision, similar benefit should be extended to this petitioner. Final decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
