The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this application is for quashing of the order dated 29.1.2016 passed in G.R. Case No.2022 of 2014 arising out of Mahila P.S. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that since the charges have already been framed and the trial is going on, the petitioners be granted liberty to raise all the issues raised in the present petition before the learned Trial Court in the on going trial. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
