JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appeal against the final order dated 25.1.2021, passed by the Circle Officer, Matihani, Begusarai i.e. the Respondent No. 3. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained till passing of the final order by the appellate authority. However, it is made clear that
