1. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to approach the departmental authority for readdressal of grievance of the petitioners in terms of Annexure-1 to the writ petition.
2. Without expressing any opinion the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the departmental authority. The departmental authority on filing such representation shall examine the claim of the petitioners in terms of Annexure-1 and pass appropriate order at earliest preferably within six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid the writ petition stands disposed of.
