Earlier, the respondents have rejected the claim for reimbursement of the medical bills of the treatment of the petitioner in the Apollo Burn Hospital but, the letter dated 4.9.2018 annexed with the counter affidavit and paragraph no.11 thereof reflects that on receipt of the documents, they will consider the medical claim of the petitioner and will be reimbursed and compensated in terms of the Bihar Medical Attendance Rule and it is expected that the Government will make payment to the petitioner as fixed by them for the enlisted hospital.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1269 of 2016 dt.11-09-2018 2/2 The Government will take the decision for payment within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in terms of the Annexure-C annexed with the counter affidavit filed in this case.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
