2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction during the course of the day.

3. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10275 of 2023 but due to wrong name of the petitioner's father in the aforesaid order, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner.

5. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds / surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

6. Learned counsel further submitted that the father name of the petitioner vide order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10275 of 2023 has wrongly been typed as "Rajendra" in place of "Rajballabh Rai".

7. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the father name of the petitioner be read as "Rajballabh Rai" instead of "Rajendra".

8. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10275 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) atul/- U T
