2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 506 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.462 of 2023.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as the informant alleges that he was assaulted by the accused persons by hard and blunt substance including knife and even the injury report of the injured records that some
