Gone through the report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari wherefrom it is evident that petitioner happens to be accused in one more case than the present one which the petitioner had already divulged under para-3 of the petition. On getting confidential information regarding presence of anti-social elements for the purpose of commission of an offence, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, petitioner along with one Anil was found over a motorcycle whereupon were intercepted and on personal search nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner while from the possession of Anil, a countrymade pistol, three live cartridges along with mobile set was seized.

Petitioner happens to be under custody since 19.06.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50128 of 2014 (3) dt.06-04-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Chandan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.51 of 2014.
