JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2. The matter was referred for Mediation and learned Mediator has submitted his Report dated 27.06.2019. From perusal of the same from paragraph 2, it appears that the petitioner was required to pay sum of Rs.50,000/- on 28.06.2019 in favour of Opposite Party No.2 and regarding the claim of the rest amount it had been agreed between the parties that the Opposite Party No.2 would raise the claim before the Forum of his choice.

In view of the terms of the compromise and payment made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks and in the event of surrender by the petitioner, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Executive Munsif, Patna, subject to terms and conditions as mentioned in the Mediation report dated 27.06.2019.
