2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427 IPC and 3⁄4 Explosive Substance Act and 16, 17, 18,19,20 & 38 UAP Act.
3. As per allegation, following a tip-off about a group of 12 to 14 individuals assembled by a railway track near a litchi orchard. The police, accompanied by a local Chaukidar, approached the area on foot. As they neared, they heard an explosion, causing the group to flee into a nearby wheat field. Some members of the group were identified and were found to

The police discovered that the soil near the railway track was disturbed, likely from the explosion, and found a damaged gas cylinder and other explosive remnants on both sides of the track. However, no train was passing at the time, preventing further damage or injuries.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of coaccused Shambhu Rai. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his case is on better footing that that of Sanjay Patel @ Vijay Patel who was named and was granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 20922 of 2015. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He is not named in the FIR. he is under custody since 11.01.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014, subject to the following
