2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, petitioner along with other co-accused persons, with intention to kill, assaulted the informant by means of lathi and iron rod due to which he sustained injuries over his head and hand.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. From perusal of FIR, it appears that allegation levelled against the petitioner is that she assaulted the informant by means of lathi due to which he sustained injury on his nose but in impugned order, no such injury has been mentioned. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above as well as considering that petitioner is lady, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Lalmatiya P.S. Case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 45393 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 3/3 no. 26 of 2025, she will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1sty Class, Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
