Though the writ petition is filed for a direction to the authorities of the respondent Bank to appoint the petitioner on compassionate basis, but Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the Bank while filing a counter affidavit today, refers to a compromise petition filed in the court of Sub-Judge, 1st , Gaya in Partition Suit No.199 of 2016 and submits that in view of the statement made in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the compromise petition the petitioner has waived of her right for such appointment. The compromise petition is dated 20.12.2017.
