Petitioner is said to have established physical relation with informant on false promise of marriage but according to the prosecution case itself, informant was major at the time of alleged occurrence and she was aware about pros and cons of so-called physical relation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Ballia P.S. Case no. 339/2014.
