JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah (T) P.S. Case No.176 of 2017 registered under Section 387 of I.P.C.

Accusation is that on 27.09.2016 the informant received a call of threat in abusive language on Mobile No.9122616102 regarding which the informant informed the police and again on 02.03.2017 one letter demanding ransom and threatening was also found pasted at the wall of the gate of coaching centre and the informant also handed it over to the Superintendent of Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40468 of 2017 (3) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 along with written statement of the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation nothing has come against the petitioner. As per supervision note of Dy.S.P. the occurrence took place on account of showing supremacy in running coaching centre between the petitioner and the informant. The mobile in question is in the name of Ajay Kumar son of Rangoli Prasad, Village- Gobarahiya,P.S. Ramnagar, Bettiya.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M.,West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah (T) P.S. Case No.176 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
