2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 5 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner along with other co-accused is said to have killed the mother of the informant by pressing her neck. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner to the deceased. No external injury has been found on the person of the deceased. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in jail since 25.01.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49955 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 of the case and petitioner having clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Darbhanga, subject to a condition that the petitioner will co-operate with the trial.
