JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the Certificate Case No. 02 of 2008-09 pending in his court since 28.03.2009 arising out of Minimum Wages Case No. 49 of 2008 in which the petitioner has been awarded a sum of Rs. 2,04,480/- which has to be paid by the respondent no. 4, judgment debtor.
2. At the outset itself, learned counsel for the respondents invites reference to the order dated passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4008 of 2014 in the case of the respondent no. 4 M/s K.L. Gupta & Company (Annexure-A to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17634 of 2013 dt.03-10-2018 counter affidavit) granting interim protection to the effect that the certificate proceedings in question would await the outcome of the said writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for both parties agree that reference to the subject Certificate Case No. 2 of 2008-09 has through typographical inadvertence been mentioned as Certificate Case No. 20 of 2008-09 in the said order dated 20.01.2015 aforesaid.
