2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 submits that the petitioner failed to comply the order dated 25.11.2025 passed by this Court. The learned counsel further submits that the order was passed on prayer of the petitioner that he was ready to make payment of compensation amount of Rs. 17 lacs within a year in twelve installments and the first installment of Rs. 6 lacs was to be paid on or before 24.12.2025 to the opposite party no.2. However, the petitioner did not comply the orders and did not honour his undertaking made before this Court. The learned counsel further submits that this matter was again listed on 20.01.2026 and this

3. Since the petitioner failed to comply the orders of this Court and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution.

4. Consequently, the order dated 25.11.2025 granting relief of no coercive steps against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 3428 of 2018 (Trial No. 1069/2022) stands vacated and the learned trial court is directed to take appropriate action in terms of its orders.
