The petitioner seeks bail in GRP/Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 332, 333, 323 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation has been made against co-accused Kundan Mandal of assaulting the informant with iron rod on his head. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44575 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with GRP/Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
