2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent with regard to posting of Professor Incharge.
3. There is no post of Professor Incharge in the Statute or the Universities Act, but it is only by way of interim arrangement.
4. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if he is aggrieved by any decision, he
