From reading of the transfer petition it appears that no ground has been made for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Suit No. 145 of 2014 from the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnia to the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria.

It has been informed by learned counsel for the opposite parties that the case is at argument stage and the petitioner is in the habit of filing different kinds of litigation. This is the ninth litigation by the petitioner. This petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.25,000/-. The cost is directed to be recovered from salary of the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.2792 of 2016(4) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 If the cost of Rs.25,000/- is not deposited by the petitioner within four weeks from today, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnia will pass an appropriate order for recovery of the aforesaid amount from salary of the petitioner and a letter to this effect should be written to the Managing Director of National Thermal Power Corporation forthwith.
