2. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 28/01/2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56579/2019.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the trial the informant and father of victim girl has been examined as PW 2 but he has not supported the prosecution case. petitioner is in custody since 14/04/2019.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and deposition of PW 2, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
