Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated Safai Moharrir (Grade IV) have been regularized/absorbed in the services by the State Government vide Annexure 9.

In view of limited prayer and reliance being placed upon the decision in CWJC No 20409 of 2012 as well as CWJC No 18831 of 2012, this Court would dispose of the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.16842 of 2013(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to represent before respondent No 2 within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event, such an application is filed within four weeks from today, respondent No 2 shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders in respect of the petitioner's claim within three months thereafter. Writ petition stands disposed of.
