JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 At the very outset, learned APP on the basis of case diary submits that the process under Section 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has been concluded as the petitioner has been declared absconder. It is further submitted that the FIR has been instituted as far back as in the year 2004 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and has been heard.

3. Considering the materials in the case diary and the submission of learned APP, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
