The writ petitioner has earlier approached this Court for quashing of the order whereby his services were terminated under Letter dated 02.01.1989. He had also approached the Court with a prayer for regularization of his service against the post of Night Guard. The prayer for quashing the order of termination was rejected by this Court by order dated 16.04.1993 passed in CWJC No 9084 of 1991. A limited direction was given to examine his claim for arrears of salary and make payment of the same.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21297 of 2013 dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Since the petitioner's claim for regularization has already been rejected by this Court earlier, he cannot agitate the same claim again.

In view of the aforesaid situation, the writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
