2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023, dated 04.03.2023 for the offenses punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner came to the door of the informant regarding the recruitment of Anganwari. They started abusing and threatening him. Meanwhile, the petitioner assaulted the informant with sword on his head, the co-accused Deepak Bhagat assaulted with farsa on his hand and the co-accused Rajesh Bhagat ordered to kill, when Dinesh Bhagat, the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As per the injury report, the informant sustained grievous injury. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
