JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted promotion, but he was not granted the benefit of promotion from the due date. He submits that he may be granted liberty to file representation before the Director, Primary Education so that the Director, Primary Education may consider the case of the petitioner and grant similar treatment to the petitioner like similarly circumstanced others.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation before the Director, Primary Education, who may pass appropriate order on

In case, the representation is decided in favour of the petitioner, the Director, Primary Education is required to take steps for grant of consequential benefits within the time frame indicated hereinabove.
