JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 This petitioner is supposed to be the main accused in Paliganj PS Case No.317 of 2013. This fact seems to be corroborated even by order of bail granted to other co-accused. If that be so, the benefit of bail cannot be extended looking at the seriousness of the allegation made against the petitioner. The informant further informs the Court that all those persons, who have been granted bail, are further evading the court so the charges have not been framed. Therefore, the prayer for bail is rejected because already the game for frustrating the trial has started.
