Patna High Court CWJC No.13867 of 2013(3) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 Mr. Nikhil Agarwal, learned counsel representing the petitioners has at the outset fairly submitted that a similar writ application having the identical issues has been dismissed earlier by the learned Single Judge and even the Letters Patent Appeal carried therefrom has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 513 of 2016. It is submitted that the present writ application may also be disposed off in terms of C.W.J.C. No. 18262 of 2013.
Learned counsel representing the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation submits that one PIL being C.W.J.C. No. 17154 of 2013 was earlier dismissed vide order dated 10.09.2013 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Learned counsel has no objection if the present writ application is also disposed off in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18262 of 2013.
In view of the stand of the parties, let this writ application be disposed of in terms of the order dated 30.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18262 of 2013.
