====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024, lodged under Sections 365, 366, 302 and 201 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the confession of the co-accused says that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. The assailant of the deceased are three persons, namely, Saukat Ali, Noor Alam and the informant Tuna Alam. The petitioner is said to have supplied the injection to the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024.
