JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 26-06-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.02.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Muzaffapur, in Criminal Revision No.193 of 2014 by which he has dismissed the revision application which was preferred against the order dated 20.08.2014 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffapur, in Complaint Case No.546 of 2008 by which discharge petition filed by the petitioners was rejected. A report was called for from the Court below about the present stage of the case, which has been received from which it appears that the case is pending for defence evidence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36317 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 None appears on behalf of the petitioners. On 26.02.2018 also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. In view of such, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
