JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA) 21-11-2019 Both the parties appear in person and in course of conciliation both the parties agreed that the respondent shall pay amount of Rs. 7,000/- per month to the appellant in the 2nd week of every month in form of maintenance allowance.

Furthermore, both the parties agreed that failure on the part of respondent shall give fresh cause of action to the appellant to move before this Court.
