The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Excise Case No.111 of 2019 registered for the offence Under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Accusation is of recovery of 200 litres of illegal county made wine from the vehicle of the petitioner from which Khalasi Prakash has also been apprehended. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of denial.

Having heard the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
