This criminal revision is directed against the Judgment dated 21.04.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2011, whereby and whereunder the Additional Sessions JudgeVII, Buxar, set aside the Judgment and Order dated 07.05.2011 passed by Sri Krishna Mohan Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Buxar, in Complaint Case No.691(C) of 2008/Trial No.1217 of 2011, holding the opposite party no.2 guilty under Section 403 of the Indian Penal Code for committing the

No.735 of 2015 dt.19-07-2019 2/2 offence of misappropriation of property and also ordering for the release of the opposite party no.2 on due admonition, directing the opposite party no.2 to re-pay Rs.18,500/- to the complainant-petitioner with simple interest at the rate of 9% per annum.
