Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Govind Kumar, who stated that he had committed the murder and petitioner and others were instigators. Petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
